Shoutbox added

Shoutbox added and the vertical menu fixed. My god, if this keeps up I’ll have to stop tweaking the site and start adding actual content! Eventually the first thing loaded on the page will be a landing page and not the blog / show feeds. This is because I hate my users and want to punish them by making them click more to get to the content. Also because I plan on adding more shows and would rather build custom links to categories to simulate multiple news/show feeds on the site rather than having everything show up in one list.
